Storage Files and Directories

Using a Storage Live File Provider (one.microstream.storage.types.StorageLiveFileProvider) allows to specify the location and naming rules for all storage related files.

Available properties are:

Property Description

storage-directory

The Microstream storages location base directory. Contains channel directories and type dictionary file.

deletion-directory

If configured, the storage will not delete files. Instead of deleting a file it will be moved to this directory.

truncation-directory

If configured, files that will get truncated are copied into this directory.

channel-directory-prefix

Channel directory prefix string

storage-file-prefix

Storage file prefix string

storage-file-suffix

storage file extension

transactions-file-prefix

transactions file prefix

transactions-file-suffix

transaction file extension

type-dictionary-file-name

filename of the type dictionary
